Personal Clerk: Any Degree with Computer Knowledge & Typing Higher in Tamil & English, Shorthand Higher in English & Lower in Tamil.
Typist: 10th Pass with Typing Higher in Tamil & English & Office Automation.
Record Clerk: 10th Standard Pass.
Office Assistant: 10th Standard Attended.
